ARTS AND CULTURE
We believe that culture is the right way to create a link between our employees and society, between employees and each other, and between each other and our times.
For the centenary of our company, we commissioned a work of art from the internationally renowned artist Vladimir Skoda.
Through his art, he has been able to tell our story, to enhance our know-how. He gave us the opportunity to become aware of the beauty of the boilermaker’s gesture, making our employees involved in the production of this work, co-creators.
This work of art magnifies our premises for the next 100 years; it was exhibited in June 2021 in Strasbourg as part of the exhibition “L’Industrie Magnifique” seen by over 200,000 people.
Today, we have started to work on a project bringing together apprentices/students from very different worlds.
We have organized a first 4-day meeting between our apprentices following the professional course “Invent your future” and artists student from the Haute Ecole des Arts Du Rhin (HEAR) hosted at the Lycée professionnel Georges Imbert in Sarre Union and then in our workshops with the aim of discovering each other and exchanging their particular ways of working and extracting from this experience a vision of the world enriched by the meeting of these two professional worlds.
